  13. Super Slots is a slot machine type program that is very graphically interactive. The
  14. slot wheels can be changed from a standard Las Vegas style with fruit, to an NFL type
  15. with team logos. The application will keep track of your score on each spin and keep
  16. a running tally of your bank. The program has realistic sound effects.

  19. Requirements:

  21. - Windows 3.x

  23. - VBRUN300.DLL installed in your Windows or System directory. This file may already be
  24. in your system. Many other programs require this file. You may have received it already
  25. without knowing so. Otherwise, this file can be found almost anywhere where Windows
  26. software is available for downloading. Usually titled: VBRUN300.ZIP.

  29. Installation:

  31. - Run Install.exe using the RUN option from the file menu of Windows Program Manager or 
  32. double click on the Install.exe icon from the File Manager.

  34. - Follow the directions of the install program.

  37. Installation should have placed the following files in the identified directories:

  39. - sslots.exe in the install directory you specified.
  40.  
  41. - sslots.txt in the same directory as the executable file.

  43. - All *.Wav files in the same directory as the executable file.

  49. - All *.VBX, and *.DLL files in Windows\System directory.

  57. Distribution:

  59. - Super Slots is distributed as Shareware. The Author maintains all rights to the
  60. program in its entirety.

  62. - Super Slots may be distributed freely as long as the integrity of Shareware is maintained.

  64. - In the tradition of Shareware, the author grants a 30 day trial period to the user to
  65. decide whether they want to keep the program. If so, a $10 donation is required. If not,
  66. then before the 30 days is up, you must delete the program from your system. Previous
  67. registered users will have a half-price discount.

  73. Because of the file structure of, users should take caution when changing and
  74. copying the files to a new directory from the original installation directory. Some 
  75. files are created using the original directory. Validated users may lose their validation 
  76. information. Validated users should write down their validation number in case they
  77. change directories.
